The 2015 WordPress site was cloned onto a staging server, so the content, often hidden away in old page builder blocks could be migrated into WPBakery, the new page builder of choice.
New landing pages were added to help better structure & organise the website, such as /services . These brought both UX and SEO benefits.

With the growing popularity of Q&A in search, Frequently asked Questions were also added to these pages.
Dynamic Related Posts
Individual service pages are supported by dynamic related content feeds. These keep the pages fresh, without requiring the client to make adjustments to the core pages.
Global Call To Action
The new extended footer has a bold global CTA, so users can easily find links to contact a relevant member of the sales team. The site header was also improved, adding better search functionality, mega nav and social media links.
New sections, new content
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Certification and policy pages have been introduced. Heading, subheadings, image file names, alt text and inter site linking were improved.
Content Management System : WordPress
ADAllen Pharma’s staff were comfortable continuing to use the popular Content Management System, WordPress. It’s now incredibly popular and makes content changes as easy as editing a Word document. The website was now utilising the latest libraries and frameworks, moving to PHP 8.4 and a cutting edge foundation theme.
